Guidelines

Icon is a place to share your style, build a vision board, and discover fashion inspiration from a community of creators. These guidelines exist to keep that community safe, respectful, and genuine. They apply to everything you post or send on Icon — posts, Daily Drops, comments, Takes, direct messages, Icon Sounds, and your profile.

By using Icon, you agree to follow these guidelines in addition to our Terms of Service.

Be Respectful

Treat other members the way you'd want to be treated. Harassment, bullying, threats, hate speech, or content that degrades others based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic is not allowed, anywhere on the platform.

Keep It Appropriate

Icon is built around fashion and creative self-expression. Nudity, sexually explicit content, and graphic violence are not allowed. Content promoting self-harm, illegal activity, or dangerous behavior is not allowed.

Be Authentic

Don't impersonate another person, brand, or organization. Don't use fake accounts to inflate your following, manipulate likes or Takes, evade a block or suspension, or mislead other users. Only post content you have the rights to — don't post someone else's photos, videos, or music as your own.

No Spam or Manipulation

Don't post repetitive, unsolicited, or automated content, and don't use bots, scripts, or third-party tools to interact with the Service. Don't attempt to buy, sell, or trade accounts, followers, or engagement.

Respect Others' Content and Rights

When you upload music to Icon Sounds or post content that includes someone else's work, you're responsible for making sure you have the right to do so. We'll remove content in response to valid intellectual property complaints.

Keep Direct Messages Respectful

The same rules apply in direct messages as they do everywhere else on Icon. Don't use messaging to harass, threaten, or send anyone content they haven't asked for.

Safety Tools

• Block. You can block any account from your profile or theirs. Blocking stops that person from following you, messaging you, or seeing your content, and removes any existing follow between you.
• Report. You can report a post, comment, message, or account that violates these guidelines directly from the app. Reports are reviewed, and we take action ranging from content removal to account suspension or termination depending on severity and history.

Enforcement

Violating these guidelines may result in content removal, feature restrictions, temporary suspension, or permanent account termination, at our discretion, depending on the severity and frequency of the violation. Serious violations — like content involving a minor, imminent threats of harm, or illegal activity — may also be reported to law enforcement.

Reporting a Problem

If you see something on Icon that concerns you, use the in-app "Report" option, or contact us directly at contact@tryiconsocial.com. We take every report seriously.

These guidelines may be updated from time to time as Icon grows; check back here periodically.
